As the Executive Headteacher of Crumlin High Level Primary School it gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our school website.  I hope it provides you with the comprehensive information you require and a glimpse into the life of the school.  At CHL we truly feel that we are at the heart of the local community.

Crumlin High Level  is very fortunate to have a team of very skilled, dedicated professionals who work hard to ensure that children enjoy coming to school and that they are working hard each day to achieve their dreams. The commitment of staff, parents and governors is phenomenal and is something that should be celebrated.

At CHL, we believe that children should be engaged in their own learning.  Through our curriculum, we ensure that children can foster a passion for learning that will help to develop high aspirations and a lifetime of memories. We believe in ensuring that children receive a well-rounded curriculum; where individual talents can be spotted and nurtured to ensure that all children experience success and reach their full potential.

The school is a vibrant learning community with pupils who demonstrate extremely positive attitudes to learning and engage fully in individual and collaborative group tasks. Most pupils display exceptional levels of confidence and independence from a very early age. They are very polite and respectful towards adults and each other and show considerable care and consideration for others.  The school is an inclusive learning community with an outstanding ethos and sense of unity that supports the learning and wellbeing of pupils greatly.
